“Skylight” refers to Tarbiyah International Curriculum, a registered publishing and distribution entity based in Karachi, Pakistan. “Customer” refers to any individual, school, institution, or distributor placing an order. “Products” refers to all physical books and printed materials sold by the Company. “Order” means any confirmed request for Products submitted by the Customer.
All sales follow these Terms and Conditions exclusively. Skylight may modify or update these Terms without prior notice. Any different terms proposed by the Customer are non-binding unless formally accepted in writing by the Company.
The Company strives for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. Minor variations may occur due to printing and continuous product improvements. The Company may discontinue or revise products at any time.
Orders may be placed via the website, email, or through Company representatives. All orders require written confirmation and depend on stock availability. The Company may refuse or cancel orders due to stock shortages, pricing errors, or declined payments. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled unless approved under exceptional circumstances.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges are not included. Online payments are accepted per contractual terms, and orders are processed only after payment verification.
The Company uses reliable courier partners for local and international deliveries. Delivery times vary by destination, courier conditions, and order size. The Company is not responsible for delays or damage caused by third-party couriers. All shipping fees, including customs duties for international shipments, are paid by the Customer. Packages that appear open or damaged should not be accepted.
The Company accepts returns for defective and non-defective items under these conditions:
Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and payment has been processed. Customers are advised to review order details carefully before confirming.
Exceptions: In rare cases, cancellation requests made before dispatch may be reviewed at the Company’s sole discretion.
