has been processed.
Requests for cancellation will only be considered before payment processing begins.

Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are offered for both damaged and undamaged books (dispatch errors).
- Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery with supporting images.
- Books must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice/receipt.
Conditions
- Exchanges are processed after verification by our team.
- No cash refunds — customers receive a credit voucher valid for 90 days.
- Shipping costs for return/replacement are the customer’s responsibility.
